Dr. David Tucker, PhD

David Tucker completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas and then completed his Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology with a specialty focus in neuropsychology at the University of Georgia. He has 35 years of clinical experience and is board certified in clinical neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology/American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology. He is also a fellow in the National Academy of Neuropsychology.. He works with adults and has particular experience and interest in working with individuals with epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, dementia and ADHD.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Tucker is also an adjunct associate professor at the University of Texas in the Department of Psychology. He teaches graduate level classes in neuropsychology and supervises doctoral students in clinical and research activities. His research has been supported by the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation and the Hogg Foundation. In his spare time, Dr. Tucker enjoys biking, hiking the hill country and Austin’s wonderful live music offerings.
